DESCRIPTION:• Are you interested in joining HKM and start learning how to teach fighting and Self-defense the HKM way through Ecological Dynamics & The Constraints Led Approach?\n• Are you a Krav Maga Coach that wants to learn the new way of Hybrid Krav-Maga?\n• Are you a MMA Coach that wants to add self-defense to your gym?\n\nThis course trains instructors to design learning environments that reliably produce transferable fighting and self-defense skills under representative conditions\, using safety\, and time constraints. \nIt is grounded in Ecological Dynamics\, the Constraints-Led Approach (CLA)\, and Non-Linear Pedagogy and focuses on how to build skillful and adaptive problem solvers. \nAfter the course\, participants will be able to:\n\nDesign representative training tasks with real transfer value\nUse constraints to shape behavior\nBuild sessions with high learning density per minute\nCreate live\, adaptive\, pressure-tested performance while controlling risk of injury\nAnalyze and optimize practice for ecological validity and skill transfer\nRun training with Representative Learning Design high in Action Fidelity\n\n\n \n\nThe HKM Transition Course and Instructor Course Level 1 has now merged into one course!\n• The HKM Transition Course (HKM-TC) is designed for Krav-Maga Instructors that wants to join HKM. The course is designed to ensure that the Instructors understand all aspects of HKM to a level of being able to teach HKM to their students based on Ecological Dynamics & The Constraints Led Approach \n• The HKM Instructor Course is the full program for becoming an instructor to be able to spread HKM. It consists of three phases covering a total of 19 days and is designed to ensure that you confidently and professionally can teach the HKM based on Ecological Dynamics & The Constraints Led Approach \nThis means that Existing Instructors and new instructors candidates (15 years and up) can join the same course and benefit from the diversity of the group.\nThe course is designed to make sure that New HKM Instructors to understand and above all be able to teach the material that is covered up to a minimum of the level of HKM Blue Belt (about 25 months of NEW MATERIAL when training 3 hours/week). \nCandidates will after successfully completing the course finish as\n– Existing Instructors HKM Level 3 instructor\n– New instructor (18+): HKM Level 1 instructor\n– New instructor (15-17): HKM Assistant instructor \nExample of subjects:\n– Coaching HKM based on Ecological Dynamics & The Constraints Led Approach\n– Clinch (with and without striking)\n– Grappling (with and without striking)\n– New HKM self-defense solutions (armed and unarmed) \n\n\nWHO CAN JOIN\n\n\n\nThe course is designed to help active HKM/KM with a level of  HKM W3 (P3 in major KM-org) or Martial artists/Combatives Coaches  with 3 years of experience and a good general knowledge and skill of movement\, striking and grappling. \nThe main reason for targeting this demographic with the HKM-IC when designing this course is consistency in delivery of information to the end users\, the students. \nSince the HKM Instructor is the ambassador for HKM to the local students and environment we want to make sure that he/she is embodying that spirit and fits that profile. Therefore a successful Personal interview/skill test (online or in person) with a HKM representative is required to join any of the HKM courses that produce instructors. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nGENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR HKM-IC/TC\n\n\n\nLegal age in the local country.\n*15 years of age\, with recommendation from instructor and parental consent (Can only finish as assistant instructor and has to teach with licensed instructor)\nNo criminal record or affiliations\nGood physical abilities\nHKM Level: W3 (P3 in major KM-org)\nMartial artists/Coaches with 3 years of experience and good general knowledge and skill of movement\, striking and grappling\nSuccessful Personal interview/skill test (online or in person)\nThe intention to officially join HKM and be listed on website\nThe intention to teach and spread HKM in line with HKM standards under the HKM flag\nThe intention to transfer existing school/club/program to HKM or start a school/club/program\n\n\n\n\nThe HKM Instructor Package\n\n\nThe successful participation of any of the parts of the HKM-IC includes a one year Instructor licence and membership. \n\nAs a Licensed HKM School owner/Instructor you will have access to:\n\nThe right to use the HKM Logo and branding for website and selected (by HKM HQ) training tops.\nYour details on the HKM web site\nDirect contact to HKM HQ\nSupport through HKM HQ and the HKM Community\nBeing part of the HKM Community\nUpdated digital assets\, video library\nInternational Instructor Updates (you choose the location from the HKM Calendar)\nUnlimited training days/Year (On-Site & Online)\n\nUpdates\nInstructor Courses\nSelected (by HKM HQ) Workshops/Seminars/Camps\n\n\nMonthly Instructor workshops and discussions (Online)\nA printed certificate\, upon successful completion\nCertifications valid for one year\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nREGISTER BELOW TO START THE PROCESS.\nThe registration for the course will be complete only after a personal interview with HKM HQ and payment of the course fee (see top of page).
